How I Feel About Swear Words

If you are what you eat, then from what is in your heart you speak.

"Garbage in, garbage out."

Con, most definitely!

A teacher I once had told the class, "People who have to result to using swear words to get their point across are showing they lack a mastery of the English language, and a have poor vocabulary."

If you feed your mind on rotten things, rottenness will come out your mouth.

There are so many things they could say, using effective terms, and descriptive words, that would be more than sufficient to get their point across, without using even one "swear word."

For example, in the Bible, there are times when the term, "dungy" has been used. This more sanitary term in most cases would be more direct, and very expressive, and even may cause the verbal opponent to stop and take pause.
