This Poem Is Brought to You By the Letter S -2

Sandra's Song

Sailplane
Soft sounds spread slowly skyward
Sandra sang sweet songs so softly

Simple suggestions starting simple, soothing
Simply seducing, soaring summer's sky

Stephen soared southeast skyward
Sailplane swiftly swung southward

Sparrows stop sooner
Sudden sorrow scorched Sandra's senses

Swashbuckling, surreal
Spearing spleen scorching soul

Stephen's sailplane suddenly stopped
Smothered solid-packed sand
