My Greatest Accomplishment of 2010

Out and About Again

If I had to choose one thing I have done that I have done that has been to my greatest benefit, I would have to say that I have finally gone from barely being able to put one foot in front of the other while using my cane, to being able to walk for more than five and a half miles without my cane at all.
I have finally been able to get a handle on my slowly worsening disabilities, to feeling more like myself again. I actually feel better than I have felt in about twenty years.  Since I am feeling better, I am also feeling like preparing more healthy meals, and have lost about twenty-five pounds, as well.

  1. What a wonderful advance! I agree, the better that we feel the better that we treat ourselves. Seems we ought to be kinder to ourselves when we are in need :-)

  2. Dear Susan,
I really enjoyed your recent posts of 1/6 and 1/7/'11. Also think you for your nice comment.

At the risk of repeating myself, you are such a special lady, with the ability to retain your child's insights, as well as helping them through the grownup in you, as well. You have the distinct ability to draw out the inner child and open that window to their inner person, gently guiding them to ever expanding new and interesting introspective invesitigation into themselves.
